Flammable liquid storage cabinets are designed for storing flammable liquids and for protecting employees in emergencies. Cabinets for the safe storage of combustible liquids and flammable liquids are designed so that they can protect the substances placed in them from fire. The outer part of the cabinet and its interior are thermally insulated from each other.
Additional option:
The cabinet can be equipped with anautonomous fire extinguishing system (AFES)of powder type. The fire extinguishing modules provide separate automatic fire extinguishing for each shelf of the cabinet and for the tray. The fire extinguishing system for shelves with canisters complies with GOST R 53286-2009 and has a certificate of conformity. The activation temperature of the fire extinguishing system for shelves with canisters is from + 88 to + 98 C. The fire extinguishing system is explosion-proof, with an operating temperature range of -40…+60 C and a service life of 5 years. The fire extinguishing system needs no external power and contains no power elements (accumulators, batteries, etc.). The cables of the fire extinguishing system are fire-protected on the inside and outside of the cabinet.
The galvanised steel shelves are designed so that any accidentally spilled liquid drains into the collecting tray.
- The fire resistance class of the Sfera FL cabinet is 90B (90 minutes); it is manufactured in accordance with the parameters of GOST R 50862-2012 and R 57384-2017. This is confirmed by the corresponding fire tests. TYPE 90 under the European standard EN 14470-1.
- Double-door, double-skin cabinet made of steel sheet 1-1,5 mm thick with a polymer powder coating.
- The fireproof heat-insulating material between the cabinet walls has a layered structure, which gives the design a high fire resistance class.
- In a fire, the double thermally expanding gasket fills the internal cavity of openings and holes, thus providing isolation from subsequent exposure to the environment.
- The cabinet is equipped with a ventilation system with fusible links for automatic blocking of the ventilation openings when the temperature rises to 70±10°C.
- Automatic closing and blocking of the doors is provided when the ambient temperature rises to 70±10°C.
- Sealedgalvanisedspill tray in the base of the cabinet with a rim 50 mm high. The tray is painted with a special paint resistantto chemical attack.
- 1 height-adjustable metalgalvanisedshelf. Adjustment step – 77 mm. The shelf is painted with a special paint resistantto chemical attack.
- The design and coating of the shelves let spilled liquid drain into the tray.
- Lock system with key locking.
- Adjustable feet for levelling the cabinet.
- Terminal for connecting the cabinet to the protective earthing circuit.
- Colour – RAL 2004 (orange).
