We produce modular buildings with a choice of delivery format

We produce modular buildings that combine the strength of permanent buildings with the mobility of temporary structures. But our main advantage is two delivery formats to choose from.

1. "Flat-pack" format

The building is delivered as a compact kit: wall panels, frame, roof and fasteners. Everything is neatly packed and takes 3–5 times less space in a truck than a finished module.

Who it suits: Those whose site is far from a city or production base. You save up to 70% on transport.
How it is assembled: On site, following the instructions, by your workers or our supervising installation team. Assembly takes from 4 to 24 hours depending on size.

2. "Turnkey" format (whole-module delivery)

We fully assemble the building at our production site, install windows, doors and utilities, and finish it. A ready block container arrives at your site.

Who it suits: For those who value time and do not want to deal with installation. Place it on the foundation and it is ready to use.
Commissioning time: 1 day for installation.

The idea is simple: you do not pay for "air" in transit if you are ready to assemble the building yourself. Or you get it turnkey if you are ready to pay extra for convenience. Transparent, honest, convenient.

URMK "Sfera" offers modular buildings made to your individual technical requirements — from choosing the cladding to layout and engineering equipment.

Our competence lets us create both single block containers and multi-module complexes for any purpose: houses, shift camps, offices, canteens, first-aid stations.

Modules are divided into four types:

Residential modules.
Office and administrative modules.
Staff welfare modules.
Specialized modules (made to order).

Our own development department and metal structure production let us deliver projects of any complexity.

Specialized modules (made to order) Specialized modules (made to order) A modular building for checkpoints is an ideal access-control solution. It has a number of advantages over permanent construction: speed of erection, mobility, versatility and affordability.

Staff welfare modules Staff welfare modules Modular structures can be placed in a wide variety of locations: in industrial zones and remote areas, at exhibition complexes and at research stations.

Walls — three-layer sandwich panels with a polymer coating and 100 mm mineral wool insulation
Roof — low-slope standing-seam galvanized sheet with 150 mm mineral wool insulation and wind/vapor barrier
Floor — 0.5 mm steel sheet (bottom lining) → 150 mm insulation → 16 mm plywood → semi-commercial linoleum, wind/water/vapor barrier. Sealed warm floor protected against rodents and moisture
Delivery formats: Assembled ("turnkey") — delivered, installed, ready to use. Disassembled (flat pack) — save on delivery, assemble on site following the instructions or with our supervised installation.

How our modular solutions are built

The cross-section shows why our buildings last 15+ years and withstand -45 °C.

A powerful load-bearing frame made of thick-walled profile. Modules can be stacked up to 3 floors high and lifted by crane without deformation.
A warm "pie" of walls, floor and roof — non-combustible mineral wool insulation of increased thickness. No cold bridges.
A sealed roof — prevents leaks and heat loss.
Protection from below — galvanized sheet that shields the insulation from moisture and rodents.

Premium capsule houses

KosmoTerem capsule housesfrom URMK "SFERA" are country houses for year-round living. Built in factory conditions, the house is delivered to the site ready-made. The capsule house is placed on piles or a light foundation, so installation takes just 1 day on average.

Thanks to 100–150 mm polyurethane foam insulation, such a house is not afraid of Russian frosts. It can also be placed almost anywhere (even on a mountainside) — autonomous life-support systems provide comfortable rest in a picturesque corner far from the city bustle.
