The Ural Machine-Building Company "Sfera" was founded in 2005 by graduates of the mechanical engineering and aerospace faculties of South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk. Since then we have come a long way from a turning and milling laboratory to a full-cycle metalworking enterprise.
Today URMK "Sfera" is a large manufacturing enterprise with a highly qualified design and engineering bureau and a team of true professionals.
The company successfully produces both exclusive custom products and serial products for the following sectors: construction, metallurgy, petrochemicals, agriculture, mining and manufacturing.

URMK "SFERA" has expanded its product range. New products: AerCO series filter-ventilation units

2022
In 2022 the company expanded its capabilities in machine-tool building and began designing and manufacturing telescopic machine guards.
2020
Building on many years of experience in producing outdoor all-weather cabinets, our company has launched a new line of Sfera ZiNC cabinets. Double corrosion protection: the cabinet is made entirely of galvanized steel (GOST 14918) with a polymer powder coating. It extends the service life of the cabinet 5 times compared to a black-steel cabinet.
2019
2019 marked the creation of new products based on our cabinet range. A line of specialized Sfera ShS drying cabinets was developed. A line of cabinets for safe storage of flammable liquids and fuels and lubricants was created. All cabinets received the relevant certificates and permits.

Over 12 years we have become specialists in a number of areas of industrial production. The variety of products and services lets us move forward confidently, gaining new customers and partners!

New CNC turning and milling machining centers were purchased.
2010
In 2010 the company was fitted out with a full range of sheet metal working equipment. In parallel with expanding our technological capabilities, we strengthened the design department. Modern CAD, a full production cycle, a reliable and experienced team and a reasonable pricing policy allow us to solve a wide variety of complex tasks. We pay great attention to building long-term, comfortable relationships with our customers.

In 2008 we acquired a powder coating line.

In 2007 our plant was equipped with modern imported CNC lathes.

The founders of the company are graduates of the mechanical engineering and aerospace faculties of SUSU. The company was built from scratch in 2005 and entered the market offering turning and milling services, including CNC machining.
