Since 2005 URMK "Sfera" has been developing and serially producing metal products for various industries. Over the years the fleet of machines and process equipment has expanded to build a full production cycle.
In parallel with expanding technological capabilities, we strengthened the design department. Modern CAD, a full production cycle, an experienced team and a reasonable pricing policy allow us to solve a wide variety of complex tasks. We pay great attention to building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
We make custom metal structures and metal products to the customer's drawings or from a sample: casings and shells, cassettes and embedded elements, hoppers, chutes, troughs and charge distributors, buckets for elevators and norias, augers for screw conveyors, sieves and screens, supports and frames, containers and transport carts, as well as products made of wear-resistant Hardox steel. We work with structural and stainless steel grades and apply protective coatings (hot-dip and galvanic galvanizing, powder coating per the RAL catalog). Full cycle from a drawing: design documentation — cutting (laser, plasma, waterjet) — bending — welding — machining — coating — quality control.

At the first stage, the engineering staff of URMK "Sfera" carry out process planning and design of the products to the customer's technical specification.
At the second stage, production specialists manufacture the products using the company's high-tech capacity, such as CNC laser and bending machines, CNC milling and turning machines, and general-purpose equipment.
This approach and accumulated experience let us fulfill orders of any complexity: from one-off to serial products. The company's specialists will help select the necessary materials and advise on cost and lead times.
