URMK "Sfera" makes vibration moulds and moulding tooling for the production of refractory products to the customer's drawings. The precise geometry and quality of the working surfaces directly determine the size and density of the finished refractory.
What we make: vibration moulds for brick and shaped products, dies, pallets, removable inserts and replaceable tooling elements.
Materials and processing: structural and wear-resistant steels, machining of working surfaces and, if necessary, hardening and protective coatings to extend service life.
