URMK "Sfera" makes products from wear-resistant steel Hardox (Hardox 400, 450, 500) to the customer's drawings or to a sample. High hardness and resistance to abrasive wear extend the service life of components working under constant friction and impact loads.
What we make from Hardox: lining plates and overlays, knives and cutting edges, buckets and their reinforcements, chutes, troughs and trays, hopper armour inserts, elements of crushing and screening equipment, parts of conveyors and transfer machines.
Where it is used: mining and processing (mining and processing plants), crushed stone and cement production, metallurgy, road and municipal machinery – wherever ordinary steel wears out quickly.
Production capabilities: cutting (laser, plasma, waterjet), sheet bending, welding, machining and, if necessary, protective coatings. We work from single parts to series, making products strictly to your drawing within tolerances.
