the Sfera cabinet is used at engineering, instrument-making, oil refining and other industrial enterprises that use flammable liquids and/or fuels and lubricants.

the Sfera cabinet is designed for the safe storage of flammable liquids and fuels and lubricants in containers of 200 l each.

Made of steel sheet 1-1,5 mm thick with a polymer powder coating in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 57384-2017, GOST R 50862-2012. Equivalent of the TYPE 90 certificate under the European standard EN 14470-1.
Has fire resistance class 90B. This means that in case of fire (with the cabinet door closed) the flammable liquids and fuels and lubricants inside will be protected from open flame and high temperature for at least 90 minutes.

When the temperature rises to 70±10°C, several mechanisms are triggered automatically: fusible links block the ventilation openings, the doors are blocked automatically, and the double thermally expanding gasket fills the internal cavity of openings and isolates the flammable liquids and fuels and lubricants inside the cabinet from the effects of hot and cold smoke/steam.

The fireproof heat-insulating material between the cabinet walls has a layered structure – this gives the design a high fire resistance class.

Inside is a sealed galvanised tray with a coating resistant to chemical attack, 220 l in volume, for collecting spilled liquid. For the safe storage of fuels and lubricants and flammable liquids, such a tray is necessary for fire safety: in accidental spills the hazardous substances stay in the cabinet tray and do not reach the floor. Its design allows it to be removed from the cabinet with a forklift if necessary.

The Sfera cabinet has adjustable feet for levelling the cabinet.

The lock system with key locking protects the cabinet from unwanted access.

  • The Sfera cabinet has fire resistance class 90B (90 minutes) and is made in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 57384-2017, GOST R 50862-2012, with exposure per GOST 34360-2017 and EN 14470-1 Class Type 90.

  • The double-leaf, double-skin cabinet is made of steel sheet 1-1,5 mm thick with a polymer powder coating.

  • The fireproof heat-insulating material between the cabinet walls has a layered structure, which gives the design a high fire resistance class.

  • In a fire, the double thermally expanding gasket fills the internal cavity of openings and holes, thus providing isolation from subsequent exposure to hot and cold smoke/steam.

  • The cabinet is equipped with a ventilation system with fusible links for automatic blocking of the ventilation openings when the temperature rises to 70±10°C.

  • Automatic closing and blocking of the doors is provided when the ambient temperature rises to 70±10°C.

  • Sealed galvanised spill tray with a volume of 220 l. The tray is painted with a special paint resistant to chemical attack. The tray is designed so that it can be removed with a forklift. A drain plug is installed in the lower part of the tray.

  • Lock system with key locking.

  • Adjustable feet for levelling the cabinet.

  • Terminal for connecting the cabinet to the protective earthing circuit.

  • Colour – RAL 2004 (orange).

  • The cabinet door has a metal plate with the fire resistance class, applied by laser cutting.
