Area of application

The ShUR231 cabinet with dimensions of 1000×1050×550 mm is designed to house medium-density distribution and metering electrical equipment: circuit breakers, meters, terminal blocks and switching equipment on a mounting panel or DIN rail. The split body design simplifies transport and installation on site, and the cable glands ensure organised entry of cable lines without compromising the IP54 protection rating.

Mineral wool thermal insulation 50 mm thick and a door sealed around its perimeter with a lock allow the cabinet to be installed on open sites and posts without additional shelter. This version is convenient where the equipment is placed outside buildings and exposed to wind and moisture loads, and fixing to a post or pipe simplifies installation on poles and masts.
