OUTDOOR INSULATED CABINETS

Metal outdoor insulated cabinets are designed to house I&C instruments, network devices and other equipment operating at positive temperatures. The cabinets protect the equipment from precipitation, dust, chemicals, physical damage, unauthorised access and theft. The design of the cabinets allows electric heaters and ventilation to be used to create a microclimate. This protects the equipment from low temperatures and condensation.

LOCATION

The cabinets are installed on open sites, in explosive zones and in industrial premises.
The customer chooses the cabinet according to the stated markings and industry safety rules. At the customer's request, the cabinets can be equipped with various sets of mounting elements and additional options.

DESIGN

The cabinets are made in UHL1 version per GOST 15150, designed to operate at temperatures from -60°C to
+45°C. A climatic version of the cabinet design is possible to order. Degree of protection against climatic
effects IP54 or IP65 per GOST 14254, depending on the customer's requirements. Cabinets made to order to the required dimensions, taking operating climatic conditions into account! Installation of equipment to create and maintain a climate (heating, ventilation, air conditioner).

Dimensions

We make cabinets to order to the required dimensions.To determine the internal dimensions:

• with thermal insulation based on mineral wool boards, assume a wall thickness of 54 mm and a door thickness of 47 mm;
• with thermal insulation based on foamed rubber or foamed polyethylene, assume a wall and door thickness of 25 mm.
