Sfera ShU 1900×1700×800 IP54 cabinet

Characteristics

The ShU413 insulated outdoor cabinet with external dimensions of 1900×1700×800 mm is designed to house large sets of electrical and switching equipment outdoors. The increased width and depth of the body allow several mounting panels or sections to be arranged in one product, and thermal insulation and the IP54 protection rating ensure that the structure works when installed outdoors. The wall-mounted version simplifies installation on a wall or support structure without a separate foundation.

Area of application

The dimensions of 1900×1700×800 mm allow several independent mounting panels or DIN rails with a large number of circuit breakers, contactors, terminal blocks and metering devices to be housed in the cabinet. This volume suits organising multi-section panels, separating power and low-current circuits, and installing equipment with redundancy. A galvanised steel body with polymer powder coating and mineral wool 50 mm protects from precipitation, dust and temperature changes in open-air operation.

The wall mounting method is convenient where floor installation is impossible or unnecessary, and the design with a gasketed door and cable glands allows several cable lines to be brought in while maintaining the stated protection rating. This format is in demand when building medium and large distribution nodes near process equipment.

Where it is used:

  • distribution points at electrical grid facilities;
  • automation panels of process units at industrial sites;
  • control cabinets for pumping stations and water supply systems;
  • metering and switching nodes at transformer substations;
  • cabinets for housing communication and telemechanics equipment on open sites;
  • control panels for lighting systems and outdoor infrastructure.
