EFFECTIVE AIR PURIFICATION IN METALWORKING CONDITIONS

AerCO filter-ventilation unit (AerCO FVU)– a product of modern technology that effectively cleans the air in production that uses the following for metal processing:
– laser cutting;
– plasma cutting;
– welding;
– abrasive processing.

Air purification in the AerCO FVU takes place as the air moves through cartridge fine filters. Process equipment (laser, plasma, grinding machines) is a source of polluted air. The operation of such equipment may produce sparks – particles of metal heated to a high temperature. The first-stage filter of the FVU is a spark-arrestor filter (G2) that, besides filtration, acts as a spark arrestor.

Where the working conditions class is 3.1—4, the employer must pay employees a salary supplement (from 4%) and also grant additional leave of at least a week. In addition, working hours are shortened: employees may work no more than 36 hours a week. As a rule, such employees can retire early.

AerCO FVU filter-ventilation units made by URMK "SFERA" reduce the working conditions class (hazard) in production. Accordingly, the amount of mandatory supplements for employees is reduced. Installing the AerCO FVU

Installing the AerCO FVU

Special openings in the design make it possible to quickly place the AerCO FVU in the required spot with a forklift. Crane equipment can be used to move the unit (eye bolts are included).

As a rule, no special surface preparation is needed for installing the aspiration unit. The AerCO FVU is placed on a level, hard surface. Four adjustable feet ensure horizontal levelling of the unit.

The manufacturer guarantees that the equipment will comply with the technical requirements for 12 months provided that the instructions in the Operating Manual are observed during installation and use of the AerCO FVU.
