MA3 anchor
- Description

Can be made from the following steel grades:
- GOST 12Kh18N10T, 08Kh18N10
- AISI 304, 310S, 321, 309S, 201, 1.4835
A special bending technology that reduces the number of bending marks is used for round anchors for monolithic lining.
Stress in the steel structure is reduced, which prevents micro-cracks.
MA series anchorsare a new word in fixing lining subject to dynamic loads (for example, in rotary kilns). The idea is to eliminate the rigid connection between the lining and the shell of the thermal unit. This compensates for the thermal expansion gaps of elements with different properties and extends the service life of the lining! We suggest using for the bracket or plate in the anchor assembly metal of the same steel grade as the furnace shell. This avoids the least reliable connection in an anchor structure – welding elements of different chemical composition!
MA3 anchor design is the most advanced solution for fixing linings in rotary kilns and other units with high dynamic loads on the lining. The advantage of the design is that the plastic element burns out during furnace operation and leaves behind space for the lining with the anchor to move relative to the fixing plate. The plastic element also prevents concrete from flowing into the space between the anchor and the plate during installation.
