Sfera FL Lit-2 1950x1090x660 cabinet for storing and charging lithium-ion batteries, fire resistance 90B (90 minutes)

Sfera FL Lit-2 cabinet with 90B fire resistance provides safe storage and cyclic charging of lithium-ion batteries (in a separate fire-safe cabinet). The cabinet body is made of structural steel 1.2 mm thick. The door is double-leaf, with a thermally expanding seal around the perimeter of the opening to ensure tightness in a fire. The multilayer thermal insulation is made of environmentally safe materials. The fixed shelves (4 pcs) are made of perforated steel and provide natural air convection. Power socket units and USB ports are located on the rear wall.

The Sfera FL Lit-2 cabinet implements a safety system:

• An autonomous modular aerosol fire extinguishing system that is triggered when the threshold temperature of +120°C is reached. The extinguishing agent is a general-purpose aerosol that interrupts the chain reaction of combustion;
• Forced extract ventilation, activated automatically when the concentration of volatile organic compounds is exceeded. It is designed to remove battery degradation products and prevent an explosive atmosphere from forming;
• Fire resistance class 90B (EI 90) confirms that the structure retains its integrity and heat-insulating capacity for 90 minutes under the standard fire temperature regime;
• Locking mechanism: automatic closing and blocking of the doors is provided when the ambient temperature rises to 70±10°C.
