The AerCO BOREY 2500 R FVU is a mobile filter-ventilation unit (MFVU). It removes mechanical impurities, dust and other particles from the air formed when welding stations and small machines operate.

*– the length of the flexible extraction arm in the basic configuration reaches 1500 mm. At the customer's request, the AerCO BOREY 2500 R mobile FVU can be fitted with an extraction arm 2000/2500/3000 mm long, with a cross-section Ø of 160/200 mm, as well as a second flexible extraction arm (extra option).
The AerCO BOREY 2500 R mobile FVU with flexible extraction arm(s) (FEA) is designed for local air purification in production. It removes dust particles formed during metal processing and welding and improves workplace culture. Thanks to its small size and castors, the MFVU can be installed in any convenient place in production and, if necessary, moved to another machine.
This filter-ventilation unit is equipped with an intelligent automatic filter cleaning system based on a differential sensorand a built-in compressed air filter-regulator. An audible alert sounds when the filter needs replacing.
Technical specifications:

- Extraction arm(s) cross-section diameter — 160 mm (basic configuration). To the customer's technical specification we will install in the MFVU a flexible extraction arm with⌀ a cross-section of 200 mm.

- Extraction arm reach — 1,5 m (basic configuration). At the customer's request, an extraction arm 2000/2500/3000 mm long can be installed in the MFVU (extra option).

- Number of flexible extraction arms and workstations — 1/2. One FEA is installed in the basic configuration. If necessary, we install a second flexible extraction arm in the MFVU (extra option).
- Flexible extraction arm: Ø 160 mm, L-1500 mm in the basic configuration. At the customer's request, the AerCO BOREY 2500 R FVU can be fitted with an extraction arm 2000/2500/3000 mm long with a cross-section Ø of 160/200 mm, as well as a second flexible extraction arm (extra option).

- Pull-out dust collection tray of 23 litres.
- Two-stage fire protection — spark arrestor and baffle.
- Automatic fire extinguishing system and fan shut-off in case of fire (extra option).
- Built-in compressed air compressor (extra option). With a compressor, the basic overall dimensions and weight of the MFVU will change.
- Additional filters: HEPA filter (extra option). When an additional filter is installed, the overall dimensions and weight of the MFVU will change.
