Features of metal chip conveyors for machine tools:

-Durable use of the conveyor. Conveyor housings are made of high-strength sheet metal.  Also, all rubbing, rotating and wear-prone parts of the conveyor are subjected to a special heat treatment, this improves the performance and durability of the parts.

-Corrosion Protection Coating. Conveyor components are coated with a polymer-powder coating which provides a high level of corrosion protection.

-Reliable design. Conveyor branch is fabricated by all-welded method if the length is up to 9 m - which provides more rigidity and construction reliability - and by prefabricated and dismantled method if the length is more than 9 m.

-Automatic Emergency Stop System. If the belt becomes jammed, the belt is stopped, thus saving the motor from burning out. The conveyor belt is also equipped with a manual emergency stop system.

-A design tailored to your production process. The control cabinet and gearbox can be positioned on the right or left side of the conveyor body according to your requirements.

Our designers have developed their own unique conveyor design based on their operating experience, customer experience and their individual needs, as well as by studying the designs of European, South Korean and Russian conveyor manufacturers.

Features of the slat belt design:
The conveyor is equipped with a belt of our own production, which is designed for transportation of metalworking waste of different shapes: fine, long, spiral, saber, lump and others. Thanks to the reliable and robust design of the belt, the swarf is reliably transported and the residual coolant drains into a tray. We can also execute the belt in wear-resistant steel 09G2S.

To increase the wear resistance of the belt design, we connected each plate with high-strength 8-millimeter hinges rather than the standard 5-millimeter hinges.   This increases the resistance area and improves the life of the plate belt.

The conveyor chain is equipped with links with a pitch of 40 mm for light applications and 63 mm for heavier applications. These parameters have been verified by hours of testing and various loads.

We performed a one-year, 12-hour daily operational test of the transporter. This process allowed us to eliminate errors and achieve high reliability.
