Design features of metal chip conveyors for machine tools:

• Long-lasting conveyor.The conveyor bodies are made of high-strength sheet metal. In addition, all rubbing, rotating and wear-prone parts of the conveyor undergo special heat treatment, which improves performance properties and increases the durability of the parts.
• Anti-corrosion coating.The conveyor components are coated by polymer powder painting, which provides a high level of corrosion protection.
• Reliable design.The conveyor branch is made by all-welded construction up to 9 metres long – which gives the design more rigidity and reliability – and by demountable construction for lengths over 9 m.
• Automatic emergency stop system. If the belt jams, the protection is triggered and the belt stops, thereby saving the motor from burning out. The conveyor is also equipped with a manual emergency stop system.
• Design to suit the specifics of your production.The control cabinet and gearbox can be located on the right or left of the conveyor body, as ordered.

• The conveyor is equipped witha belt of our own productiondesigned for transporting metalworking waste of various forms: small, long, spiral, sabre-shaped, lumpy and others. Thanks to the reliable and strong belt design, chips are moved securely and the remaining coolant drains into the tray. We can also make the belt from 09G2S wear-resistant steel.
• Toincrease the wear resistance of the belt structurewe connected each plate with high-strength 8-millimetre hinges instead of the standard 5-millimetre ones. This increases the resistance area and extends the service life of the hinged-plate belt
• The conveyor chain is equipped with links with a pitch of 40 mm for light duty and 63 mm for heavier duty.These parameters have been verified by many hours of testing and various loads.

We carried out operational testing of the conveyor lasting 1 year, 12 hours a day. This process allowed errors to be eliminated and high reliability to be achieved.
