TURNKEY: BLOCK-MODULAR CHECKPOINTS
The other day we shipped 2 block-modular buildings measuring (L×W×H) 5000×2435×2600 mm each to a company engaged in the construction and servicing of mines. They will be used as security posts.
In accordance with the customer's requirements, our specialists designed and manufactured block-modular buildings from high-strength steel frames. We then prepared the buildings for operation at temperatures down to -40 °C – the walls, floor and roof were insulated with non-combustible mineral wool 150 mm thick.
The warranty on these buildings is 3 years provided the operating rules are observed.

According to the technical specification, we installed inside all the equipment necessary for the checkpoint to function:
— tripod turnstile, walk-through metal detector, access control system controller;
— supply and exhaust ventilation, heating, power supply and lighting systems;
— furniture for comfortable accommodation of the guards;
— video surveillance system.
As a result, these buildings can provide comfortable checkpoint passage for employees in the morning and evening at a peak load of at least 30 people/min.
The specialists of URMK "SFERA" carry out projects for the production of standard and custom block-modular buildings on a turnkey basis: we handle design, manufacture, delivery, supervised installation on site and installation of the customer's equipment inside the block-modular structure. At the customer's request we provide fire protection of the finished steel structure. The production time of a block-modular building depends on the complexity of the project.
