Industrial hydraulic tipper

The container tipper is designed to lift and tilt containers with transferable mass (products, production waste, bulk materials, etc.) onto a receiving device (receiving hoppers, conveyors, a truck body and other equipment)

Tipping takes place in several stages. A container with product is rolled inside the tipper structure and placed on the tipper frame. The operator gives a tipping command from a remote control, an automatic hydraulic station starts, and hydraulic cylinders smoothly lift and tilt the platform with the container onto the receiving device.
