Top view. Totes stand tightly in two rows without an aisle: every front-row place is opened by gates across the full width of the tote: a forklift or crane truck places a front-row tote straight onto its spot, a back-row tote is rolled over the deck with a pallet jack. The layout changes with length and selected options — heating puts radiators on the back wall and a cabinet at the end, dispensing stations add a dispensing niche.
“Heating” option. Oil may not be heated in the warehouse with an electric appliance — neither ordinary nor explosion-proof. We move the heat source outside the storage room: the boiler is in an insulated cabinet outside, and only radiators with heat transfer fluid remain inside.

Under the floor there is a steel bund over the whole warehouse area, its capacity exceeds one IBC tote. The bund is drained through a valve outside. The totes stand on a grating deck above the bund.
Yes, the “Dispensing stations” option: pneumatic pumps in the tote necks, hoses on reels, dispensing nozzles with meters brought out into a niche in the outer wall. Oil is dispensed outside into vehicles or containers — there is no filling in the storage room, as required by Fire Regulations cl. 298 “d”. The option includes an 80 l used oil collector.
It is a factory-ready modular oil store — a fuel and lubricants warehouse for oils and lubricants in containers: combustible liquids with a flash point above 61 °C, room category V1, no hazardous zone. Gasoline, solvents and other liquids with a flash point of 61 °C and below are not stored in it — for them there is the flammable liquids storage block container in the explosion-proof version.

With the “Heating” option an insulated utility cabinet is installed at the end: the unit length increases by 0.4 m, with dispensing stations — by 0.55 m. Width 2,440 mm — transported without a special permit. Lifting and transport — only without totes.
Combustible liquids with a flash point above 61 °C — room category V1, no hazardous zone, general industrial IP54 equipment.
Not allowed: gasoline, solvents, acetone and any liquids with a flash point of 61 °C and below — for them there is the flammable liquids warehouse in the explosion-proof version. Filling, draining and packaging are not performed inside the storage room.

Is heating needed. For storage — no: oil and IBC totes tolerate frost. It is needed for dispensing viscous oils in winter: gear oils 80W-90 and TAp-15V need +20…+25 °C, the others are fine at +15 °C.
