Our company makes low-, medium- and high-temperature batch-type thermal furnaces. The chamber drying cabinet is equipped with fans that provide forced convection, so materials can be processed at high temperature. Features of the chamber furnace with a roll-out hearth:

● The furnace is made of sheet metal.

● It consists of two chambers – an outer and an inner one.

● Painting is done with a polymer powder coating applied at high temperatures.

● The working area of the chamber is made of stainless corrosion-resistant steel.

● The inner chamber is highly resistant to mechanical deformation and to chemical and aggressive vapours.

● The chamber is heated by heating elements installed on all walls and in the hearth.

● Fans are mounted in the arch of the chamber, creating forced convection so that the temperature is distributed uniformly throughout the working chamber. Maximum heating temperature – ...°C.

● Fans and ventilation nozzles exhaust air from the chamber to the outside for fast changes between heating and cooling cycles.

● Thanks to high-quality, highly efficient multilayer thermal insulation, heat is retained inside the chamber for up to 5 hours after a power cut, so the work process need not stop.

● The refractory hearth (floor, stand) has a welded frame. A seal of the thermal insulation layer is located inside the hearth.

● Rail guides ensure convenient and smooth movement of the hearth, which has flanged wheels. At the customer's request, the hearth can be fitted with an electric drive.

● The drying furnace is equipped with electronic control with digital display, which allows the temperature to be regulated with high precision. The control system provides heating, temperature-holding and fan modes and an overheating lock-out device. An electronic recorder is also installed to log the temperature regime.

● Specifications of Sfera drying cabinets with a roll-out hearth:

1. During manufacture, the cabinet dimensions are calculated from the size of the planned load of products.

2. For comfortable loading/unloading of materials, the electric furnaces have different door designs (swing, sliding, or doors mounted on the hearth and moving together with it).

3. Hearth transport has several options (manual movement with a handle or electromechanical).

4. At the customer's request, the drying cabinet can be fitted with racks, bars, hangers, trays and an inspection window.
