Area of application:the SFERA 2.5×1.25-6P sheet metal storage rack is an effective solution for optimising workspace in the shop or warehouse of enterprises where any kind of metalworking is carried out.

The SFERA 2.5×1.25-6P rack is equipped with six horizontal shelves with electric drive, controlled from a control cabinet. This modificationallows loading/unloading of sheet metal to be automatedin production. The control cabinet alsohas a function that locks the pull-out cassetteswhen one of them is in operation. This prevents breakage and deformation of the door hinges and protects employees when working with the rack.

The SFERA 2.5×1.25-6P SKhLM is usedfor storing a wide range of sheet metal items, which makes optimal use of space because the material is stacked vertically in one dedicated place.

The design of the sheet metal storage system can withstand up to 18 tonnes of metal, as confirmed by the calculations of URMK "Sfera" engineers.
The system has an anti-corrosion polymer powder coating.
Each shelf is equipped with a special mechanism for locking in the extreme positions.
The design has two swing doors that act as guides for the pull-out shelves.
The shelf control cabinet is installed on the right or left, according to the customer's technical specification.
All rack shelves have stops that prevent a sheet from falling.
