Sfera tool cabinet is convenient industrial equipment for storing tools, parts and process tooling.
Made of general-purpose steel (grades 0,8ps/St3) by the riveted-welded method. This method achieves stable geometric dimensions of the equipment in various operating conditions, increases its strength and at the same time keeps the weight low. The wear-resistant polymer powder coating of the body protects the cabinet against corrosion, which allows this cabinet to be used in production of various kinds.
Consists of two parts: the upper one has 4 drawers with a common central lock, the lower one has 1 shelf protected by a reliable lock. Distributed load per shelf/drawer reaches 30 kg. The lock for the lower part of the cabinet, made of ZAMAK alloy, has three locking points. It is reliably fixed in the door body and will not let unauthorised persons access the contents of the lower compartment of the cabinet.
The reinforced metal plinth gives the structure rigidity and prevents it from deforming under load.
Sfera tool cabinet fits perfectly into the interior of the production site, helps keep the storage of tools and process tooling orderly, and its height of 1200 mm and top surface area of 500×500 mm are ideal for carrying out, for example, some kinds of carpentry or metalwork jobs.
