Features of the laboratory flammable liquid cabinet–1–1670x590x450–1–0–0, fire resistance 10 minutes:
1. The cabinet is made of sheet metal 1 - 1,5 mm thick.
2. The cabinet shell consists of two cavities – an outer and an inner one.
3. The cabinet is a welded structure assembled with rivets.
4. Painting is done with a polymer powder coating applied at high temperatures (coating layer thickness is 60 - 100 microns).
5. The space between the cabinet walls has a gap of 35 mm. Fireproof heat-insulating material between the cabinet walls.
6.Three height-adjustable galvanised metal shelves are painted with a special paint resistant to chemical attack. The shelves can withstand up to 80 kg (adjustment step – 77 mm). The number of shelves can be greater and is determined when ordering.
7. The sealed tray, painted with a special paint, is resistant to chemical attack (rim height 50 mm).
8. The inner lining is highly resistant to mechanical deformation and to chemical and aggressive vapours.
9. The ventilation system is equipped with two safety valves for circulating or extracting air. The ventilation openings are located on the rear wall of the cabinet, with internal thread and built-in flame arrester grilles. Supplied with threaded plugs
- The standard arrangement of three allows 12 aluminium canisters of 20 litres to be placed. Canister dimensions (H×L×W) 490×350×150 mm. 6 canisters per two shelves. The topmost shelf is used for tools and various accessories.
- The design and coating of the shelves let spilled liquid drain into the tray.
- Lock system with a function that locks when the door is closed by hand, key locking, and a bracket for additionally using a padlock.
- Terminal for connecting the cabinet to the protective earthing circuit in case of static electricity.
- Four adjustable feet for levelling the cabinet.
- Colour – RAL 1023 (yellow); other colours available on the customer's request.
- The cabinet design allows the shelves to be adjusted to the required height depending on the size of the containers.
- The standard configuration includes 3 shelves. If necessary, the number of shelves can be increased.
- The cabinet has a warning sign per GOST 12.4.026-2015.
- Packaging:bubble wrap + corrugated cardboard +wooden crate.
