Three separate versions: for explosives (EX), for initiating devices (ID) and for ammonium nitrate — under cl. 425 and 431 of Federal Rules No. 494, explosive materials of different compatibility groups and ammonium nitrate are stored in separate magazines. For an EX + ID warehouse a set of two modules is supplied; the distance between them is per the warehouse project.
Yes. An explosive materials warehouse is created according to the customer's project, and the MKh-VM module meets the requirements of Federal Rules No. 494 for the magazine itself. Explosives (EX), initiating devices and ammonium nitrate are stored in separate magazines under cl. 425 and 431 — there are three module versions for this; for an EX + ID warehouse a set of two modules is supplied, the distance between them is per the warehouse project.
Module length 6, 9 or 12 m with a width of 2440 mm: magazine area 8.3 m², 15.0 m² and 21.7 m² respectively. All versions have a 2 × 2 m vestibule for unpacking and issuing — explosive materials may not be stored in it (cl. 452).
The magazine design meets the requirements of the Federal Rules “Safety Rules for the Production, Storage and Use of Industrial Explosive Materials” (Rostekhnadzor Order No. 494): a vestibule and two double doors to the outside, floors and walls without gaps, racks set back from walls and floor, Ex lighting with the panel outside. The compliance of the explosives warehouse as a whole is confirmed by its project — the module meets the requirements for the magazine itself.
The standard configuration includes “Buran-8vzrN” powder fire suppression modules with a start device and signs: they protect the containers and structures. A fire alarm with automatic start and a security alarm are supplied as options per the warehouse project.
Standard configuration price incl. 22 % VAT: for explosives — 2,936,000 ₽ (6 m), 3,618,000 ₽ (9 m), 4,437,000 ₽ (12 m); for initiating devices — from 2,917,000 ₽; for ammonium nitrate — from 2,560,000 ₽. The price with options is calculated in the configurator above. Delivery and on-site work are not included.
Yes, URMKS “Sfera” is the manufacturer: own production since 2005, our own design office, sites in Chelyabinsk and Serpukhov, deliveries to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other CIS countries. A preliminary quote is assembled in the configurator on this page; a firm price valid for 30 days is issued based on the questionnaire and the warehouse project.

A module with a 2 × 2 m vestibule for unpacking and issuing and two double doors opening outward — per Federal Rules No. 494 cl. 464. Walls and roof — sandwich panels with non-combustible basalt wool, joints sealed, the inner surface smooth, without gaps; floor — fiber-reinforced concrete with an epoxy dust-proof coating. Explosion-proof powder fire suppression modules with a start device — standard. Supplied as one block, systems installed and tested at the factory.
| Length | Dimensions, mm | Magazine, clear, mm | Area / volume | Weight | Placement EX / ID / AN |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 6.0 m | 6 000 × 2 440 × 2 700 | 3 700 × 2 240 | 8.3 m² / 20.3 m³ | ≈ 5.5 t | 2 rack sections / 1 section + 2 cabinets / 2 pallets |
| 9.0 m | 9 000 × 2 440 × 2 700 | 6 700 × 2 240 | 15.0 m² / 36.8 m³ | ≈ 7.8 t | 4 sections / 3 sections + 2 cabinets / 4 pallets |
| 12.0 m | 12 000 × 2 440 × 2 700 | 9 700 × 2 240 | 21.7 m² / 53.2 m³ | ≈ 10.1 t | 6 sections / 5 sections + 2 cabinets / 7 pallets |
The vestibule is 2,000 × 2,240 mm — the same on all lengths. Clear height ≈ 2,450 mm (with a 150 mm roof — ≈ 2,400). Width 2,440 mm — transported without a special permit.
Weight is calculated from the unit specification, tolerance ± 5 %; the AN version is 0.3–0.8 t lighter. About 30 % of the weight is the concrete floor. The base must carry at least 0.65 t/m² over the unit footprint; crane — from 8 t for 6 m, from 12 t for 9 m, from 16 t for 12 m of net lifting capacity at the working radius. Lifting — only by the four upper corners and without load; the slinging diagram and permissible loads are in the unit data sheet.
Explosive materials of different compatibility groups are stored separately — in separate magazines or rooms, ammonium nitrate — in separate magazines (Federal Rules No. 494 cl. 425, 431).
| Clause | What the regulation requires | How we do it |

U1 per GOST 15150-69 — from minus 45 to plus 40 °C. Zabaykalsky Krai, Chukotka, Yamalo-Nenets Okrug — 150 mm roof. For regions with a design temperature below minus 45 °C — UHL1 version, scope and price per questionnaire.
Subject — manufacture and delivery of a factory-ready unit. Lead time — 55 business days from the advance payment, including 15 for design documentation. The lead time is longer than the usual 45 days because of the concrete floor: the concrete cures for 28 days before the dust-proof coating is applied. Delivery, installation on site, connection and commissioning are not included in the price and are agreed separately.
The unit is handed over with a data sheet and an operating manual (GOST 2.601-2019 and GOST 2.610-2019) stating the weight, permissible loads, support and slinging diagram, grounding points; acceptance test reports; copies of certificates for explosion-proof equipment and fire automation devices. The explosives warehouse passport is issued by the operating organization.
Assemble the configuration on urmks.ru/modul-hraneniya-vm/ and leave a request — or write to mail@urmks.ru: which explosive materials and what volume you store, whether there is a warehouse project, where the module will stand.
